Originally delivered as a part of St. Mary's Lenten Lecture Series, on March 12th, 2004 at St. Mary Orthodox Church, Cambridge, MA. Published on the Antiochian Orthodox Archdiocese website: "Justice as Asceticism". This lecture is based in part on an unpublished scholarly paper on St. John Chrysostom's sermons on wealth and poverty.
